My name is Thomas and I am a counsellor based in Littlehampton.
This is a little introduction from me about why I do this and how I might be able to help you.
In my early 30’s my career and personal life became very stressful to the point that I was depressed and anxious a lot of the time. The unfortunate thing is that in our society, if you are not suffering in the same way, people tend to have little empathy for those that do.
In my pursuit to solve this challenge (which took many years), I feel like I am now in a place to help others with their mental health challenges. I obtained a counselling certificate and had hundreds of hours of conversations on the topic of self help to the point where I can say I now have what many refer to as peace of mind. This is one of my major life achievements given where I was and where I am now.
