In my early 30’s my career and personal life became very stressful to the point that I was depressed and anxious a lot of the time and had no idea how anything would change.
In my pursuit to solve this (which took many years), I went very deep into the topic of mindfulness, relaxation and meditation and I feel like I am now in a place to help others with it. I obtained a counselling certificate and had hundreds of hours of conversations on the topic of self help to the point where I can say I now have peace of mind. This is one of my major life achievements given where I was and where I am now.
